ENC-7

Don't compromise your output with encoders found on video boards. The ENC-7 encoder gives you sharp RS-170A broadcast quality output. The ENC-7 allows computer graphics to be recorded on standard VTR's or displayed on video monitors or projection systems. It accepts RGB output at 15khz from video boards and from the SGI's adjustable RGB output.

Full bandwidth I and Q output includes composite video, component video Betacam or M-II, and S-VHS. The internal sync generator allows genlock of the computer, or it will slave to the incoming RGB source. Special features include 360 degrees sync phase adjustment, color bars, black burst, and Superblack video output for keying. The ENC-7 is available in NTSC and PAL versions. The performance choice for analog NTSC or PAL encoding.
