Painterly Effects

Painterly Effects will breathe life into your art. This growing family of plug-in filters allows users to apply "classic art" effects to an image or sequence of images, giving them the look of traditional artistic tools such as chalk, charcoal, water color and many other effects. Painterly Effects is resolution independent, working with virtually any resolution available, including video, film and print. Painterly Effects works within Adobe PhotoShop, or as a stand-alone application with its own graphical interface.
