PACE

PACE is a general purpose machine controller for one VTR (or laser disc) for applications such as single-frame animation or presentation. Applications include single-frame animation to videotape (with applicable VTR's) and Interactive multimedia/presentation applications that can control a VTR or laser disc.

The Key Selling Points for the PACE is that its expandable to control up to 31 VTRs from one serial port, can control any serial VTR, it has a downloadable V-LAN device drivers, is supported by all major graphics animation and editing software, and has a time code generator/reader that is optional.

Competitive Advantages are demonstrated by way the PACE expands to control multiple machines, downloadable V-LAN device drivers for over 100 models, time code generator/reader, 100% frame accurate, and MCI-V-LAN driver for all Windows applications.
