Ski Dude

Ski Dude is the first commercially available virtual reality skiing experience. This game allows the players to become the snowman skiing down the slopes as snow sprays off the back of their ski's. The course is complete with hair-raising runs, a ski jump, moguls and snow covered conifers to ski around. The player controls the real-time motion through Polhemus sensors which are connected to a ski jacket and ski poles. The game can be viewed from a large screen monitor or through head mounted displays.
