FIELDVIEW

FIELDVIEW is an interactive data visualization package designed to assist an engineer in investigating features of complex three dimensional fluid dynamic datasets. FIELDVIEW can accept input from PLOT3D, FLUENT, RAMPANT, FIDAP, STAR-CD, PHOENICS, FLOW-3D, VISIUN, CFD2000 and other commercial flow solvers. FIELDVIEW enhaces the interpretation of the data with visualization tools such as cutting planes, contouring, streamlines, 2-D line plots, data probes and animation. Additional features such as an intuitive Motif based user interface and support for a wide selection of workstations, including low cost X-terminals, makes FIELDVIEW a powerful interfpretation and validation tool that can increase engineering productivity.
