N-Paint

N-Paint is a resolution independent, object oriented paint and animation system which provides an extensive number of 2D tools for use in the video game, film, or broadcast markets. Ideal for creating background images and texture maps, N-Paint supports TIFF, SGI (RGB/RGBA/BW), TPX, and other standard file formats. N-Paint has built-in scripting and rotoscoping features as well, making it ideal for work with complex 2D tasks.
