Dataview SDA-21

The Dataview SDA-21 is a full-bandwidth digital video adapter for Onyx or Challenge computers. The Dataview SDA-21 is both a high quality CCIR-601 I/O adapter and also transforms an industry standard D! or D5 VTR into the highest speed data tape recorder currently available. post production professionals can now use the dataview in such applications as Kodak's Cineon and Discreet logic's FLAME and InFERNO to backup all data resident on their RAID arrays. With sustained data rates exceeding 12.5MB/sec. the Dataview can backup an entire 50 gigabyte RAID array in less than an hour to a single standard video cassette.
