Dynamic Motion Engine

The Dynamic Motion Engine (DME) is a module which provides true motion simulation capability for animation products. By incorporating the laws of physics, the DME enables the animator to get physically realistic simulations with a minimum of user input, as opposed to laborious keyframe interpolation techniques. Effects such as gravity, forces, collision detection and response, and wind are easily automatically incorporated into the animation, which brings a compelling realism to the final result. The DME works seamlessly within one's animation product, and the simulated frames can be easily merged with those produced by keyframe interpolation.
