Espresso

Espresso allows the interconnection of computer workstations to digital video equipment such as digital VTRs or DDRs. Espresso can accept 1 or 4 SCSI2 fast and wide ports and provide real time data transfers on two 4:2:2 (D1) video signals. The system can support the real time transfer of images in 4:2:2:4 10 bits, 4:4:4:4 8 bits. When in resolution independent mode, HD or film images of more than 4000 x 4000 pixels or any large amount of data can be transferred on one or two 4:2:2 streams each at 270Mbits/sec.
