Zmat

Zmat is used by computer graphics professionals and animators who need to make high-quality mattes from green-screen or blue-screen live action imagery. The user clicks on areas in the source image which contain the colors in the background to be matted out. Sliders permit fine adjustment and previewing of a composite of the foreground over a background image, with edge softness and key-color suppression on the foreground image. The settings can be saved for subsequent batch processing of a sequence of images. Included with the software are built-in modules for waveform-monitor and vectorscope displays familiar to video professionals.
