The Viewstore 6000 interfaces to any Silicon Graphics host computer system to provide the most sophisticated combination of digital imaging features available today. The Viewstore 6000's powerful core imaging features include superior display quality, image format flexibility, real-time full motion playback, detailed image analysis, and a broad array of interface options. Video output is programmable to any resolution up to a 360 MHz pixel rate. Options include interfaces to HD and CCIR-601 video Viewstore systems are most commonly used for high end TV research, e.g. HDTV or MPEG, and for fully interactive digital film preview applications of computer generated special effects.
