XgPlot(TM)

XgPlot(TM) is an X-Windows/Motif library of X-Y plotting, surface relief plotting and image "movie-loop" display functions. The functions are designed to be callable from user programs and are also available as command line functions. With the XgPLot package, inclusion of sophisticated plotting or image display and analysis capability is a matter of a few simple function calls. The X-Y plotter can plot up to 20 data sets simultaneously, has independent left and right y-axis scaling, and can function in a "strip-chart" display mode for analysis of real-time signals. The image dispaly function includes various scaling functions and zoom capability, cursor position and pixel valve readout, column and row profiles, and statistical analysis of regions.
