Radar Scan Converter RSC-2000

The RSC2000 Radar Scan Converter is a 6U VME Board Set which receives radar video, trigger, and azimuth signals and processes these signals to generate a high-resolution raster image. The unit has been designed to interface with virtually any radar unit and provides the highest performance of any scan converter currently on the market.

When used with third party graphics engines, the scan converter supports display resolutions up to 2560 x 2048.

The optional Video Mixer Board allows images from the scan converter to be easily mixed with graphics from any high-resolution (1280 x 1024) source. This approach minimizes integration time, presents no load to the graphics system, and provides a completely platform-independent solution. Overlay, underlay, and windowing functions are fully supported.
