SMART ELEMENTS is a client/server application development environment that combines object-oriented structures and business rules with GUI design and script facilities, and data access capability. Its object modules and message-passing capabilities enable developers to build reusable, modular, encapsulated code. The GUI module allows building portable GUIs with rule-based applications and direct access to any datasource.
