OrderManager provides a wholesaler and its resellersa complete electronic ordering, supply and fulfillment channel from the customer to the wholesaler�s back-office legacy system.

Customers can get real-time answers on product inventory, previously-placed orders and account satus. Similarly, OrderManager allows wholesalers to designate product allocation real-time automatically fulfill orders, and ship products directly to buyers without requiring time-consuming telephone calls, labor-intensive paperwork and delays in processing.

OrderManager can be accessed from the Internet, froma dedicated telecommunications network, and through a private corporate intranet.
