5080 Emulator Software

IRIS 5080 Terminal Emulator software provides 5080 and 3270 emulation and file transfer software for each user to be connected, over Ethernet, to an IRIS Channel Adapter Workstation. Emulating an IBM 5085 Model 2A graphics terminal, the software provides IRIS 4D users access to CAD/CAM applications (such as CADAM® and CATIA®) running on the IBM mainframe.
