Normally this is unchecked which commands BugOff to bring the Finder to front after BugOff is initially launched.  If you check this box, BugOff will remain the front most application after it's launched and not perform a process switch with the Finder.  This feature is mainly for users who are not running the Finder, ie At Ease users.
