  6. It is distributed under a non-exclusive licensing agreement by
  7. Vanilla-Extract Software.

  9. You may freely distribute Bricklayer32 for Windows version 2.5 as long as
  10.  
  11. (1) All files in the Bricklayer32 for Windows version 2.5 distribution
  12.     are included and are unmodified.  Only the files in the original
  13.     distribution may be included, with the exception of a document
  14.     providing additional information about the distributor.  The added
  15.     document may not include information on pricing and payment which is
  16.     different from the pricing information provided in REGFORM.TXT.
  17. and
  18. (2) no fee is charged for distribution other than charges to cover media, 
  19.     shipping/handling, and/or communication costs.
  20. No part of the Bricklayer32 distribution, excepting the ASCII text files
  21. (with the .TXT and .DIZ extension), may be distributed separately from a 
  22. complete Bricklayer32 for Windows version 2.5 distribution.  This includes 
  23. the BM2, BG2, BB2, and BP2 modules, which can be used only for purposes of
