DOCUMENTATION
Complete help information is in file CHEFPLAN.HLP. You can print it with
the DOS command: "PRINT CHEFPLAN.HLP". However, the information is
context relevent and the help file is not meant to be read seperately.
LIMITED VOICE TELEPHONE SUPPORT
and ORDER LINE
Voice telephone support will be provided at 510/687-6557. It is limited
in the sense that hours will be quite irregular. However, please feel free
to call at any time, and we will personally answer when we are available.
At other times an answering machine will answer on the fourth ring, and
you can leave a message. Please give enough information about the problem
or request so that we can get back to you.
RUNNING THE PROGRAM
To Run the program from diskette:
1. First make a backup of the original diskette.
2. Make the diskette drive your default drive. (example: Type
"B:").
3. Run the program by typing: "CHEFPLAN". Then follow the prompts
and read the help screens.
Note: The disk accesses are noticeable when run from
the diskette, otherwise all the functions are available.
To Run the program from hard disk:
1. Make a new directory.
(example: "MKDIR C:\CHEF").
2. Copy all files on the original diskette to the directory.
(example: assume the diskette is in drive B, then type
"COPY B:*.* C:\CHEF").
3. Make the drive and directory your default.
(example: "C:", and then "CD C:\CHEF").
4. Run the program by typing: "CHEFPLAN". Then follow the prompts
and/or read the help screens.
