The files are:-
DIZ_FORM.TXT This readme file.
INVOICE.XLS A sample Invoice for you to modify as you see fit.
PURCHASE.XLS A sample Purchase order " " " " " "
DELIVERY.XLS A sample Delivery note " " " " " "
STATEMEN.XLS A sample Statement " " " " " "
1] In all these examples I have used basic Windows 3.1 True Type fonts,
you can of course change these to fonts of your own choosing and company
design.
2] All the white sections of the forms are the bits intended to be
filled in on each occasion, certain totaling functions have been put into
the far right column which can be dragged and copied for as many items as
are written onto the form.
3] Where it says "Company name" or "Company" or "??" you can put in your
own Name, Address and state info where appropriate.
4] Open all the forms, modify one of them (with your own name etc), then
copy and paste that info into the other 3 forms, they are all set the same.
5] There is no cell protection on any of these forms.
6] Once you are happy with your new look, save the forms as .XLT files,
these are Template files in Excel, when you open the .XLT file to enter
invoicing info onto and hit the "Save" button (or file option) you will bring up the "Save As" dialog box, so you cannot overwrite the template.
I hope these are of some use to you out there, they have certainly saved my
printing bills when our area code got changed 18 months back, also you can
use carbonless 2,3 or 4 copy paper on your dot matrix printer, this costs
about $40 for 1000 sheets (triple copy) at office depot.
