  3. After completing a call , Clicking the End Call Button will add the current time to the End Field
  4. and add the notes to the Notes Field. If you modify or add to the Notes Field  after having 
  5. clicked the End Call Button , just click the Update Button to Update the Notes Field.
  6. You can always come back and edit the Notes Field at anytime...
  7. NOTE: When entering Notes , Please press the Enter Key before reaching the end of the line or the
  8. notes will not print correctly... Using the Query Date Command please use the following
  9. EXAMPLES below... Entering:
  10. Oct 0 - Would Query all the Calls Made From Oct 01 thru Oct 09...
  11. Oct 1 - Would Query all the Calls Made From Oct 10 thru Oct 19...
  12. Oct 2 - Would Query all the Calls Made From Oct 20 thru Oct 29
  13. Oct  - Would Query all the Calls Made in October ALL Years...
  14. Oct 13, 1993 - Would Query all Calls Made for this specific date...
  15. 1993 - Would Query all Calls Made for 1993...
  16. If you wanted to Query all your Business Calls for 1993  you would first
  17. Do a Quey Date Command for 1993 , then Do a Query Business Command and enter "Y"...
  18. The "L" Field in the above Grid stands for "Location" 
  19. B = Business
  20. H = Home
  21. C = Cellular
  22. P = Pager.
  23. The "M" Field stands for Mode and a "C" stands for "Collect" and a "D" stands for "Direct"
  24. The "B" Field stands for "Business" Call... "Y" = Yes , "N" = No
  25. Before Clicking a Dialing Option to make a call on the Main Screen , Click the Business Option for
  26. any call that is a Tax Deductable Call... Under the Query Menu , Click Business and type a "Y" to
