  9. HTime(tm) - PRODUCT PROFILE

  11. HTime is a Microsoft(R) Windows(tm) Version 3.1 application.
  12. It is used to prepare a weekly time sheet of your activities.

  16.      o  Track up to 40 task per week per user.
  17.      o  Auto weekly file naming.
  18.      o  Four levels of task file information (i.e. Company,
  19.         department, project, and personal).
  20.      o  Tree display of the task information for selection.
  21.      o  Task information files are ASCII comma separated (.CSV) files
  22.         (i.e. Each line provides one entry in the task display tree.)
  23.      o  Export the task/time information to a .CSV file.
  24.      o  Print the task/time information.
  25.      o  In network environments the time file is marked with the
  26.         users network login.  The task/time information will be
  27.         read only if not opened with the creators network login.
  28.      o  Drag/Drop time information in task time cells.

  31. Getting Started

  34. To quickly copy HTime to your hard disk; from Program Manager start
  35. the Run dialog box under the File menu entry.  Type A:INSTALL in the
  36. Command Line edit box and press the Enter key.  This assumes you have
  37. placed the HTime distribution disk in the A drive; if not then use
  38. the drive letter corresponding to the drive you are using. When the
  39. first dialog box is presented, press the Continue push-button.  The
  40. installation process will continue until done without further
  41. interaction.

  43. A new Program Manager group will have been created with an icon
  44. for HTime.  You can then move or copy the icons to the program
  45. manager group of your choice.
