  3. The HTime program can be installed for private use or in a
  4. shared environment on a file server.
  5.  
  6. When the program starts, if it can't find the HVIEWS.INI file
  7. it will assume that this is a new install and prompt you to
  8. verify this.
  9.  
  10. It looks in the directory the HTIME.EXE program was executed from and
  11. then in the Windows directory.
