  33.     The Quick Reference Guide will help you install and navigate through
  34.     the CorpTech EXPLORE Database. Instructions are in the Quick Reference Guide.

  38.     B.1.  If you are printing over a network under Windows 95, switching 
  39.           printers from within the application may not work for you.  
  40.           To switch printers under Windows 95, use Control Panel, 
  41.           then Printers.
  42.     B.2.  When downloading ASCII text, the zip codes for companies located
  43.           in South Carolina, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, Washington D.C.
  44.           will not download.
  45.     B.3.  Due to a size limitation in the sorting program, you may sort
  46.           up to 31,500 records at one time.

  53. A.     CD Performance Enhancement
  54.        
  55.     A.1.    To improve the performance of your CD-ROM drive, it is 
  56.         recommended that you run caching software, such as 
  57.         SMARTDRV.EXE, provided with DOS versions 6.0 and above.  
  58.         Previous versions of DOS do not support caching of 
  59.         CD-ROM drives.

  62.         
  63.     B.1.     The EXPLORE Database is network enabled. It is required that
  64.         your networked CD-ROM drive be mapped to a network or local
  65.         drive letter or a network directory. If you have any
  66.         questions about mapping please consult your Network 
  67.         Administator or your Windows for Workgroups users manual.

  69. C.     Using the EXPLORE Database with the Internet
  70.     
  71.     C.1.    Before you can access the Resources Page from the CorpTech EXPLORE
  72.             Database, you must set the path to your browser from the 
  73.         Preferences menu in the CorpTech CD-ROM.  
  74.     C.2.    The CorpTech EXPLORE Database currently supports any Windows  
  75.         default browser. 
  76.     C.3.    If you are using Netscape Navigator«, depending on what version
  77.         of Netscape you are using, when you launch the application it may 
  78.         load in the background rather than coming into the foreground.  
  79.         Press [ALT] [TAB] to bring Netscape into the foreground, or use the 
  80.         taskbar if running Windows 95.
  81.     C.4.    CorpTech provides customer service for any problem or 
  82.         question you may have relating to the use of the CorpTech 
  83.         EXPLORE Database.  However, for problems arising from the 
  84.         use of an Internet browser or your Internet connection, 
  85.         please refer to the documentation provided by your browser, 
  86.         consult your System Administrator, or consult your Internet
  87.         Service Provider for assistance with Internet-related 
  88.         issues.

  100.        The ASCII directory (\ASCII) contains the documentation and test data 
  101.        for the comma delimited formats. In each SAMPLE file: the first record
  102.        contains the field layout used in the data files; the second contains
  103.        the data in the example column of the corresponding documentation; 
  104.        the third is an additional sample record.

  106.        In this directory you will find 9 files:
