  15. REQUIREMENTS:

  17. (1). Windows 3.1
  18. (2). 286 or better (386 or 486 recommended)
  19. (3). 2-Button Mouse (3-Button recommended)
  20. (4). At least 1 Meg RAM
  21. (5). For sounds functions you need a sound card installed
  22. (6). The Visual Basic run-time file VBRUN200.DLL (found on most BBS')
  23. (7). The included file CMDIALOG.VBX must be in the same directory.

  25. INTRODUCTION:
  26. ------------- 
  27.  The basic premise of WinDir is that you can pop-up a file-list from any 
  28. of you directories by simply clicking a button located on your screen, and
  29. from this list of files you can change around your directories, run .EXE,
  30. .PIF and .BAT files by double-clicking on the filename and even copying, 
  31. moving, deleting and renaming files. 
  32.  You can also view your .ICO, .BMP, .RLE and .WMF files you double-click on 
  33. in the WinDir file-list. You can copy the graphics file into the Windows 
  34. clipboard for quick pasting into another application. 
  35.  You can copy or move multiple files at once, and even delete multiple files 
  36. at once. 
  37.  You can play your .WAV sound files if you have a sound card installed and
  38. works within Windows.
