  1. Use the \yeScan\no command to get a quick summary of the messages on the currently
  2. active subboard. The scan shows the message number, the date the message was
  3. posted, the name of the sender, and the title of the message. You may scan
  4. messages in forward or reverse direction by replying to the Scan prompt with
  5. 'F' for Forward or 'R' for Reverse, or you may scan for specific text in the
  6. message header with the Search option. Notice that you can abort a scan at
  7. anytime simply by pressing <spacebar> or <ctrl-c> keys.
  8.      Search text can be any part of a message title or the name of a user.
  9. The search is case-insensitive. Upon finding matching text, the system will
  10. allow you to read the corresponding messages.
  11.      The Personal scan option lets you search for messages that are 
  12. addressed to you.
  13.      Refer to the Read command for reading messages, New for scanning new 
  14. messages only, and List and Jump commands for selecting a new message 
  15. subboard.
