  14.        1/2      cup   Brown sugar                                       
  15.        1/2      cup   Pineapple - pulp & juice                          
  16.        1        tsp   Lemon extract                                     
  17.        1        tsp   Butter                                            
  18.        12       ea    Marshmallows                                      
  19.        1        cup   Nut meats

  21.     DIRECTIONS  ------------------------------------------------------------

  23.     Cook sugar and pineapple to soft ball stage. Add butter, remove from  
  24.     fire and beat in marshmallows, nuts and extract. Beat until creamy.
