INGREDIENTS ------------------------------------------------------------
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Pineapple - crushed
1 cup Water
2 Tbsp Flour
2 ea Egg yolks
Salt
2 ea Egg whites - stiffly beaten
DIRECTIONS ------------------------------------------------------------
Put sugar, pineapple and water in top of double boiler. Mix flour, egg
yolks and salt with enough water to make a thick paste. Add to double
boiler and cook until thick. Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites and
fill 9-inch baked pie shell. Place in refrigerator several hours.
Serve with whipped cream.
