  6. Line 1  The Maximum amount of time you want the user to have in the Bank
  7.         at any one time. (In Minutes)
  8. Line 2  The Maximum amount of time you want the user to be able to get
  9.         OUT of the Bank each DAY.  I.E. with the above settings, my users
  10.         can have 60 minutes stashed away but only get 20 minutes of it
  11.         each day.
  12. Line 3  The Maximum number of files you wish to let the user save in the
  13.         Bank for later use
  14. Line 4  The Maximum number of files you wish to let the user Withdraw
  15.         each day out of the Bank.
  16. All four lines must be there or David Koresh will rise from the Ashes and 
  17. lead the Davidians to your door!
