GeoClock 5.1 93/10/28
The most important change over 5.0 is the addition of the moon. The command
MOON was added to control this function. The moon's sub point and phase
are displayed in graphics, and optionally the phase, subpoint latitude and
longitude, and azimuth and elevation, can be displayed in text.
Other major changes include:
The MAPCENTER command, which allows world maps (MAP1 and MAP6001) to be
centered on a user specified longitude.
The DATECHANGE command, which indicates if local city times are one day
ahead or behind the primary city.
The FONT-X and FONTLOAD commands, which allow user specified fonts to be
used.
Color coded elevation maps are now supported.
Minor changes include:
The SHOWLL command now allows control over which axes are labeled.
The ECOLOR command is added to control elevation map colors.
The TEXT command allows special text to be displayed.
The NOHT command is added to override HTS and HTA cities on individual maps.
The DRAWCIRCLE and DRAWFCIRCLE commands are modified to simplify drawing
circles with kilometer dimensions.
In addition, internal changes were made so that GeoClock can be controlled
by real-time programs. As a test of this feature, a small TSR was written
that takes latitude/longitude/altitude information from a GPS set, and
the data displayed in real-time on an automatically centered map. If you
have an application for this feature, please contact the author directly.
