  10.         This patch is freeware. It has nothing to do with Microprose
  11.         nor F1GP Editor by Oliver Roberts. To use this patch you
  12.         need the original Formula One Grand Prix written by 
  13.         Geoff Crammond. Thanks for ReqTools go to Nico François and
  14.         for many hours (>1000h for sure!) beta-testing to Tero
  15.         Savolainen.

  18.         Requirements
  19.         ------------

  21.         Over 1MB memory and faster Amiga recommended. Please note that
  22.         when you're racing with this patch, you need 100KB more memory
  23.         than normally. This is mainly required for ReqTools to function
  24.         properly.

  27.         How to use
  28.         ----------
  29.  
  30.         At first run GPPatch background by writing 
  31.         "run GPPatch" on your cli or shell window.
  32.         Then start F1GP normally from shell or Workbench.
  33.         If you're running F1GP from disks then add
  34.         the command in the beginning of your F1GP-disk's
  35.         startup-sequence.
  36.         Also you must have reqtools.library (KS1.3 & KS2.0+ versions
  37.         supplied) installed.

  43.         -'94 drivers
  44.     -faster fade between windows
  45.         -all driving aids available on all difficult levels
  46.     -enter cockpit screen removed
  47.     -infinite sets of qualifying tyres
  48.     -qualifying tyres available in free practise
  49.     -remaining time in free practise and qualifying
  50.     -shows the time difference to the cars on front and
  51.          behind when you've crossed the goal line
  52.     -shows the racers' names who are in front and behind
  53.          of you
  54.         -realtime laptime updating
  55.         -a block flashes on the upper left corner when the first
  56.          competitor crosses the goal line
  57.         -there's also several listings: drivers by their
  58.          positions, fastest lap times, race time
  59.      -"*" shows your car's position and cars marks with "#" are
  60.          the other human players
  61.     -the editor is same as PC's grandprix-editor
  62.     -the realtime drivers' list while racing. The displays
  63.      looks same as a HUD-view on the fighters simulations.

  70.     L    =    loads all
  71.     F1    =    loads names
  72.     F2    =    loads records
  73.     F3    =    loads game/race options
  74.     F4    =    loads car's levels and colors
  75.     S    =    saves all
  76.     E    =    editor

  78.     during driving:
  79.     CTRL    =        shows cars and (only when qualifying or during race)
  80.                 their positions in front and behind of your car.
  81.     R-Amiga    =        Shows positions and times of all cars. Qualify and
  82.                 race only. R-Alt exits.
  83.     R-Shift    =        Enter car setup menu
  84.     1-6    =        Frame rate. Fast Amiga required.
  85.                             1=normal
  86.                             2...5
  87.                             6=the fastest
  88.     numeric keyboard 5  toggles drivers' list on/off
  89.                          0  selects size of the display. Requires AGA-chipset
  90.                 to use smaller modes. (lowres/hires/superhires)
