  3. It is important to note that with the exception of OctaMED v1 that ALL other
  4. versions are fully Copyrighted ( YES, even the freely available v2 and v4 )
  5. and therefore all source/routines etc., ARE fully copyrighted......
  6.  
  7. Whilst we are pleased to see Amiga Music fans compositions being proudly 
  8. sent out as pd, it MUST be noted that if you use OctaMED V2 onwards within
  9. any commercial Amiga software program, (ie, for profit), a commercial
  10. licence must first be obtained for this purpose. This excludes Groups and
  11. other professionals who intend using OctaMED for live performances and
  12. recordings on record/tape etc., intended for sale to the public, the ONLY
  13. thing we ask of these is that the use of OctaMED is given a mention on the
  14. sleeve.
