  15.     Software Inc. (1994) and is protected by United States 
  16.     Copyright Law and International Treaty provisions. All 
  17.     rights are reserved. Non-registered users of Cool Screen 
  18.     Saver (TM) are licensed ONLY to use the program on an 
  19.     EVALUATION  basis for  the  sole  purpose  of  determining  
  20.     whether or not it meets their requirements.  All other use 
  21.     requires registration.

  23.     Any other use of non-registered copies of  Cool Screen 
  24.     Saver(TM) by any person, BUSINESS, CORPORATION, OR GOVERNMENT
  25.     ORGANIZATION, or any OTHER entity  is  strictly  forbidden  
  26.     and  is  a  violation  of this license agreement.

  28.     Registration permits a user a license to use Cool Screen 
  29.     Saver (TM) on a single computer.

  31.     All  end  users are granted a limited license to Cool Screen 
  32.     Saver (TM) for the trial use of other end users,  with  the  
  33.     following  additional conditions:

  35.     Cool Screen Saver (TM) must be distributed in unmodified, 
  36.     complete form, including this license agreement, and may 
  37.     not  be  sold.

  39.     Cool Screen Saver (TM) may NOT be distributed in conjunction 
  40.     with any other product, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE without express 
  41.     written  permission  from Cool Software Inc.

  43.     Cool  Software  Inc. makes no warranty of any kind, expressed 
  44.     or implied, including without limitation, any warranties of 
  45.     merchant ability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. Cool
  46.     Software Inc.  shall not be liable for any damages, whether 
  47.     direct, indirect, special or consequential arising from a 
  48.     failure of this program to operate in the manner desired by 
  49.     the user. Cool Software Inc. will not be liablefor any damage
  50.     to data or property which may be caused directly or indirectly
  51.     by use of the program.

  53.     IN NO EVENT WILL COOL SOFTWARE INC. BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES,
