  8. End-users of the unregistered versions of MIDI Studio, by Sounds Great 
  9. Software, are licensed to use this software on a trial basis for their 
  10. approval. If the user decides to keep and use this software, the user must 
  11. register the program by completing and sending an order form. 
  12. An order form included in orderfrm.txt.
  13.  
  14. BBS Sysops: This program may be freely distributed over BBS systems. Any 
  15. and all modifications of files included in the package are strictly 
  16. prohibited. Small additions to the product are acceptable.
  17.  
  18. Vendors, BBS Sysops, Distributors, Computer Clubs and User Groups wishing to
  19. add the software product to their library may do so in accordance with the
  20. Distribution Restrictions listed below.

  22. Limited distribution License: As the exclusive copyright holder
  23. for this software, Sounds Great Software authorizes distribution only in
  24. accordance with the following restrictions.

  43.         - Small additions to the product, such as the introductory or 
  44.           installation batch files used by many shareware disk vendors,

  68.          others.

  70.        - You may not list any of our products in advertisements, 
  71.          catalogs, or other literature which describes our products 
  72.          as "FREE SOFTWARE".  Shareware is "Try-Before-You-Buy" 
  73.          software, it is not free.  You may not list any of our 
  74.          products in advertisements, catalogs, or other literature 
  75.          which describes our products as "PUBLIC DOMAIN SOFTWARE". 
  76.          This is copyrighted material.  It is not, and never has 
  77.          been, in the public domain.

  108. SOUNDS GREAT SOFTWARE WARRANTS THAT ITS DISKS ARE FREE FROM DEFECTS FOR 
  109. 90 DAYS AND WILL REPLACE ANY DEFECTIVE DISKS WITHIN THAT TIME PERIOD 
  110. UPON RECEIPT OF SUCH DEFECTIVE DISKS, POSTAGE PREPAID.  SOUNDS GREAT 
  111. SOFTWARE FURTHER WARRANTS THAT THIS SOFTWARE WILL PERFORM SUBSTANTIALLY 
  112. IN ACCORDANCE WITH ANY WRITTEN GUARANTEES PUBLISHED BY SOUNDS GREAT 
  113. SOFTWARE.

  115. SOUNDS GREAT SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL OTHER WARRANTIES RELATING TO THIS 
  116. SOFTWARE, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR IN ANY COMMUNICATION
