  23.             the use of Xref, Version 3.2. This information applies to
  24.             individual users who wish to pass copies out to friends and
  25.             associates.

  29.             refer to the VENDOR.TXT file for complete information
  30.             relating to them.

  43.             1991-1994 by DA Software. All rights reserved.

  46.             by United States Copyright law and also by International
  47.             Treaty provisions. Any use of this software in violation of
  48.             Copyright law or the terms of this limited license will be
  49.             prosecuted to the best of our ability. The conditions under

  51.             clearly outlined below under "Distribution Restrictions".

  70.             Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify,
  71.             decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or
  72.             transfer the licensed program except as provided in this
  73.             agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in
  74.             immediate and automatic termination of this license.

  76.             All rights not expressly granted here are reserved to DA
  77.             Software.

  80.             Limited Distribution License:

  82.             As the copyright holder for Xref, DA Software authorizes
  83.             distribution by individuals only in accordance with the
  84.             following restrictions.

  94.             Individuals are hereby granted permission by DA Software to
  95.             copy the Xref diskette for their own use (for evaluation
  96.             purposes) or for other individuals to evaluate, ONLY when
  97.             the following conditions are met.

  99.             The Xref package is defined as containing all the material
  100.             listed in the PACKING.LST text file. If any files listed in
  101.             the PACKING.LST text file, or the PACKING.LST file itself,
  102.             are missing, then the package is not complete and
  103.             distribution is forbidden. Please contact us to obtain a
  104.             complete package suitable for distribution.
  105.             o    The Xref package - including all related program files
  106.                  and documentation files - CANNOT be modified in any way
  107.                  and must be distributed as a complete package, without
  108.                  exception. The PACKING.LST text file contains a list of
  109.                  all files that are part of the Xref package.

  111.             o    No price or other compensation may be charged for the
  112.                  Xref package. A distribution cost may be charged for
  113.                  the cost of the diskette, shipping and handling, as
  114.                  long as the total (per disk) does not exceed US $8.00
  115.                  in the U.S. and Canada, or US $12.00 internationally.

  117.             o    The Xref package CANNOT be sold as part of some other
  118.                  inclusive package. Nor can it be included in any
  119.                  commercial software packaging offer, without a written
  120.                  agreement from DA Software.

  131.             o    The PRINTED User's Guide may not be reproduced in whole
  132.                  or in part, using any means, without the written
  133.                  permission of DA Software. In other words, the disk-
  134.                  based documentation may not be distributed in PRINTED
  135.                  (hardcopy) form.

  137.             o    The Xref package cannot be "rented" or "leased" to
  138.                  others.
  139.  
  140.             o    Licensee shall not use, copy, rent, lease, sell,
  141.                  modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse
  142.                  engineer, or transfer the licensed program except as
  143.                  provided in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use
  144.                  shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
  145.                  this license.

  147.             o    U.S. Government Information: Use, duplication, or
  148.                  disclosure by the U.S. Government of the computer
  149.                  software and documentation in this package shall be
  150.                  subject to the restricted rights applicable to
  151.                  commercial computer software as set forth in
  152.                  subdivision (b)(3)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data
  153.                  and Computer Software clause at 252.227-7013 (DFARS
  154.                  52.227-7013). The Contractor/manufacturer is DA
