  1.                 DLL MASTER(TM) LICENSE AGREEMENT

  4. Thank you for using DLL Master--we hope you find it valuable and want to 
  5. add it to your Microsoft Windows 3.1 toolkit.  DLL Master is a shareware 
  6. program written in Microsoft Visual Basic and is provided at no charge to 
  7. the user for evaluation.  Feel free to share it with your friends, but do 
  8. not give it away altered or as part of another system.  The shareware 
  9. version of DLL Master is distributed as one of the two compressed files 
  10. DLLMSTR1.ZIP or DLLMSTR2.ZIP. (The first is smaller and is for those who 
  11. have Visual Basic installed). If you distribute DLL Master to friends, 
  12. associates, or to a computer bulletin board system (BBS), please dis-
  13. tribute DLLMSTR1.ZIP or DLLMSTR2.ZIP rather than the individual files for 
  14. DLL Master. Neither of these files contains the required Visual Basic 3.0 
  15. runtime module VBRUN300.DLL. This module is available on many BBS's 
  16. including Compuserve, and is included with the registered version of 
  17. DLL Master.

  20. REGISTRATION

  22. If you as an individual find this program useful and find that you are 
  23. using DLL Master and continue to use DLL Master after a reasonable trial 
  24. period, please make a registration payment to Shaftel Software (see the
  25. order form in ORDER.TXT or in the DLL Master Help file. The registration fee 
  26. will license one copy for use on any one computer at any one time.  If 
  27. used on a network, one copy must be purchased for each computer that will 
  28. be using DLL Master.

  30. Business, government, institutional and other organizational users of DLL 
  31. Master must register and pay for their copies of the program within 30 days 
  32. of first use or their license is withdrawn.

  36. THIS SOFTWARE AND MANUAL ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO 
  37. PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED 
  38. OR IMPLIED.  BECAUSE OF THE VARIOUS HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE ENVIRONMENTS 
  39. INTO WHICH THIS PROGRAM MAY BE PUT, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR 
  40. PURPOSE IS OFFERED.  GOOD DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURE DICTATES THAT ANY 
  41. PROGRAM BE THOROUGHLY TESTED WITH NON-CRITICAL DATA BEFORE RELYING ON IT.

  48. Anyone distributing the shareware version of DLL Master for any kind of 
  49. remuneration must first contact Shaftel Software for authorization, with 
  50. details including price to be charged.  This authorization will be 
  51. automatically granted to distributors recognized by the Association of 
  52. Shareware Professionals (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines for shareware 
  53. distributors, and such distributors may begin offering DLL Master 
  54. immediately.  (However Shaftel Software must still be advised so that the 
  55. distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of DLL Master.)

  57. Distributor advertisements, catalogs, etc must explain the shareware 
  58. concept, and state that this program is not free, but is copyrighted 
  59. software that is provided to allow the user to evaluate it before paying.
