  5. \Terse{} is a tiny (only 4096 bytes) but amazingly powerful full-screen
  6. editor for files of up to 64K in length. \Terse{} runs on all PC
  7. compatible machines. Its command keys are very similar to those of the
  8. famous BRIEF editor (by UnderWare Inc.). \Terse{} can edit both UNIX and
  9. MS-DOS style text files as well as binary files. No hacker's disk is
  10. complete without it. No disk, be it hard or floppy, is too full to
  11. include it.

  18. \Terse{} for any commercial application, i.e., in your company, at work,
  19. etc., or make money from selling software or distributing shareware,

  21. is only \$15 and will buy you a personalized version, configuration
  22. utilities and grant your institution a site license. For an additional
  23. payment of only \$5, you will get the source code of \Terse.
