GeoClock 7.0, 95/07/31 BBS 703-241-7980
The major change is the release of the native Windows version of
GeoClock (GEOCKWIN). The DOS version (GEOCLK) was a few changes to
ensure that the two versions are completely compatable. The most
important is the addition of the HTN command and the change in the
handling of the HTA, HTS, HTN, and NOHT commands. Use of these
commands with the syntax of GeoClock 6.1 will behave as they did
in 6.1, so no changes should be necessary.
The DOS and Windows version and functionally and graphically very
similar, and current users of the DOS version should have no trouble
using the windows version. Both programs use the same MAP and GEOn.DAT
files.
The new windows version of GeoClock is being treated as a normal
GeoClock upgarde, so registered users of the DOS version can upgrade
to the windows version by downloading the windows version (GCKWIN70.ZIP),
unZIPing it in the current GeoClock directory, and running REGISTER.
