  7. PLOTTER is a "Shareware Program" and is provided at no charge to the user
  8. for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends or associates, but
  9. please do not give it away altered or as part of other software. The essence
  10. of "user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with
  11. quality software at reasonable prices, and yet to provide incentive for pro-
  12. grammers to continue to develop new products. If you find the program useful,
  13. and find that you are continuing to use PLOTTER after a reasonable trial
  14. period, you must make a registration payment to the author. The registration
  15. fee will license ONE COPY for use on any ONE COMPUTER at any ONE TIME (see
  16. below for information about site licenses).

  20. Anyone distributing PLOTTER for any kind of remuneration must first contact
  21. Robert Lindsay Wells at the address above for authorization. This author-
  22. ization will be automatically granted to distributors recognized by the
  23. Association of Shareware Professionals (ASP) as adhering to its guidelines
  24. for shareware distributors, and such distributors may begin offering PLOTTER
  25. immediately (However Robert Lindsay Wells must be advised so that the
  26. distributor can be kept up-to-date with the latest version of PLOTTER).

  37. When a new release of PLOTTER is issued, the files are archived for BBS and
  38. FTP distribution using the PKZIP format, and with archive filenames of the
  39. form PLOTR73.ZIP (where the 73 represents the current version of PLOTTER).

  43.           PLOTTER.DOC   On-line ASCII instructions for PLOTTER.
  44.           PLOTTER1.DAT  Sample ASCII data file for Signal Processing.
  45.           PLOTTER2.DAT  Sample ASCII data file for Curve Fitting.
  46.           PLOTTER.TXT   This ASCII file (describing registration).
  47.           PLOTTER.ORD   Ready to print ASCII registration form.

  50. On Line software exchange (Keyword SOFTWARE, Search the Libraries for
  51. WELLS PLOTTER). You can also request a copy directly from the author by

  56. Please remember that PLOTTER is not free software. As with all Shareware,
  57. each user is expected to purchase it after a reasonable trial period. The
  58. registration fee for PLOTTER is $15, including shipping, for which you'll

  69.                       --- UNLIMITED SITE LICENSES ---

  71. Unlimited site licenses are available for PLOTTER. This means that you can
  72. distribute an UNLIMITED number of copies within your company or university
  73. department for the single registration fee of $185 (only one instruction
  74. booklet will be included, however, since the program is self-documenting).
  75. The only restriction is that ALL the included files must be distributed.
  76. Naturally, when users leave your organization or department they should
  77. register individual copies of PLOTTER if they continue to use the program.
