Grahame spent a number of years as the side man to this singer / comedian. Enjoying success on the pub and club circuit. They also produced several albums, featuring guest players like some members of Status Quo, Richie Blackmore, Lemmy, Chas & Dave, and a 'singer' who can tell a joke or two, Jim Davison.
