  1. After you have SBTeX, you'll want an output driver, and fonts.  You can
  2. get these from ftp.math.utah.edu.  /pub/tex/dvi has source for drivers
  3. for many laser-printers.  /pub/tex/dosfonts has font-metric and packed-
  4. pixel files at many magnifications 200dpi, 240dpi and 300dpi resolutions.

  8. DVIVGA is a previewer for EGA and VGA displays.
