  4. MS-News@Simtel.Net is a moderated one-way mailing list used by Simtel.Net
  5. archivists to announce new uploads to the MS-DOS, Windows 3.x, and
  6. Windows 95 collections.  Postings are in standard Internet digest format
  7. to reduce network and mail system load.  Each digest contains 12-14
  8. messages and averages 20K in size.

  10. To subscribe, send e-mail to  listserv@Simtel.Net  with this command in
  11. the body of the message:

  16. posted to Usenet newsgroups comp.archives.msdos.announce and/or
  17. comp.archives.ms-windows.announce.  To reduce the load on your
