  1. The enclosed files were created using normal RBBS-PC utilities.
  2. Thanks to Bruce Jackson from The Break RBBS <East> 703-680-9269 for
  3. his assistance with this project.  Without Bruce, this would have
  4. taken a wee bit longer....

  6. If you are in need of assistance you may call Bruce either at the

  9. You may also use the RIME RBBS conference.  Bruce is fairly well
  10. versed in RBBS and runs a large ".DIR" system.
  11.  
  12. Because rbbs limits the number of file areas, you have to eliminate
  13. some directories or concatonate some of the individual area file
  14. listings (entries in wclst) together.
  15.  
  16. A sample configuration is done for you.  The file dir.dir is the
  17. ascii directory listing of the "1.dir", "2.dir", "3.dir", ...
  18. "31.dir" directory listing files.  The file dirg.dir is a graphics
  19. version of the dir.dir file.  The dirc.dir is a color/ansi graphics
  20. version of the dir.dir file.

  22. The mk_all.bat batch file builds a complete rbbs file listing of all
  23. directories.  This file is 'all.dir' and contains all the files in
  24. one .dir listing.
  25.  
  26. The mk_small.bat batch file builds the 31 individual areas.
  27.  
  28. The all2dir.bat batch file builds one .dir file for each area.
  29.  
  30. All of the above .dir files are in the \bbs\rbbs directory.

  32. If you are not using the "e:" drive for your CDROM, substitute your
  33. drive letter for drive "e:" in lidx.def.
