  1. Usage: ARC_CMNT [flags] <ArcFiles> <DescripFiles>
  2.  
  3. Flags:
  4.     -o<filename>    output list of descriptions without .ARC update
  5.                     if filename not given, then output to stdout
  6.  
  7.     -p        when multiple descriptions are found, you get to
  8.               pick which one, otherwise it uses last one found
  9.  
  10.     -h        Display HELP screen
  11.  
  12. Automagicly add Archive Comments to .ARC files
  13.  
  14. Wildcard file names are permitted
  15.  
  16. This program will take a list of .ARC files and description files
  17.  and look through the description files for a line that starts
  18.  with the name of one of the .ARC files. It will take the text at
  19.  the end of the line and use PKARC program to add an Archive Comment.
  20.  
  21. The description files are in the format of any of the FILES.BBS type
  22.  files used on BBS systems to describe the contents of uploaded files.
  23.  
  24. If you capture the output of your terminal session, and you have downloaded
  25.  some files, then use the session capture log as input to this program
  26.  
  27. If you want just a list of your .ARCs with the comments, use the -o switch
  28.  to send the listing to a file or printer.  -o switch skips .ARC updates
  29.  
  30. The program uses the last description it finds for each .ARC, if you
  31.  would like to pick which description yourself: use the -p switch
  32.
