  1. The new version of FOSSIL.EXE takes one additional argument (optional
  2. + sign) that tells it to also turn on the FOSSIL watchdog function.  Note
  3. that this should be tested thoroughly first because not all FOSSIL drivers
  4. have installed the watchdog function yet.
