  1.  This is really funny. There's so much missing from this program that
  2.  what I am going to do is to tell you what IS here from the Video FOSSIL
  3.  spec.
  4.   
  5.  This program supports ONLY the following calls:
  6.  
  7.         VioGetMode
  8.         VioGetConfig
  9.         VioWrtCellStr
  10.   
  11.  All others just return an error code, as per the Video FOSSIL spec.
  12.  There is some checking of things like coordinates and handles, but
  13.  that's all.

  15.  It wasn't my original intent to code this sucker. I probably will get
  16.  around to finishing it some day, but I have lots of other things to do
