Password Script
This TELIX SALT script allows you to select different
passwords for each BBS you call without having to remember
the password or look it up each time you call.
The script takes the password it finds in the active TELIX
Phone Directory under the number you dialed, adds a
carriage return, and enters it as a macro in function key
3. If you enter your first name followed by a carriage
return in FK1, your second name plus a carriage return in
FK2 you can answer the common log-on prompts by hitting FK1
then FK2 then FK3. You don't have to write a log-on
script for each BBS.
The files are as follows:
READ.ME This file
PASSING.SLT The source file - very simple
PASSING.SLC The script file (Object)
Make sure you enter a password in the directory for each
BBS you call and that the script for all BBSs is PASSING.
There should be no macro defined for FK3 in the terminal
or user key tables or they will override the script loaded
macro. Also make sure that the file PASSING.SLC is in the
same directory as TELIX.EXE
