This script will allow you to use Telix 3.0 to log on to any
of the following BBS systems:
PCBoard 12.0 or above
WBBS 4.5 or above
RBBS 14.0 or above
Opus 1.03 or above
Wildcat 1.x or above
There are several fields beginning with text line number
five that must be filled in by the user. Where the words "User
Name" appear, enter your own name.
On the next line, if the script will be used on a PCBoard,
you must tell it where to find ProDoor, if at all. The default
is DOOR 1, but for other systems, change the "1" to the proper
door number. If the system is a PCBoard not running ProDoor,
enter "NONE". The string myst appear in all caps, and be only
those four characters long.
The next line states whether you want PCBoards to display
graphics. The default is YES, but change the "y" to "n" for non-
graphics mode.
Following that is a definition for PCB_mailscan, which asks
whether or not to scan for new mail since last read on PCBoards.
Change the "y" to "n" is you don't wish to scan for new mail.
The final definition is for Opus systems. If this script is
to be used on an Opus system, and that Opus system interfaces
through SEAdog, you must set this field to "y", so the system
will send a <CR> to start the system up.
Don't forget to use the CS.EXE program supplied with Telix 3.0 to
compile these scripts before using them. This script will run
with only minor modifications in the afforementioned lines on all
five systems. If you have any questions, please direct them to
me on my system:
