  11.         The Forth Programmer's Portable Editor (FED) is sold for use by
  12.         a single purchaser only.

  15.         Limited Warranty

  17.         The author warrants FED to be free of software errors.
  18.         The author will replace the diskette(s) on which the FED
  19.         software is distributed, if the diskette media is defective.
  20.  
  21.         The author makes no warranty, either express or implied, with
  22.         respect to the use of FED, its accompanying utility programs,
  23.         or the documentation.  The author is under no circumstances
  24.         liable for consequential damages or related expenses, even if he
  25.         has been advised in advance of such damages.

  27.         The author takes no responsibility for the proper operation of
  28.         the DOS version of FED on any operating system other than PC-DOS
  29.         (version 2 or greater) or for the proper operation of the
  30.         stand-alone version of FED on any hardware other than the IBM
  31.         PC.

  36.         Customer support is not included in the price of the product.
  37.         Registered owners will be notified of updates.
