  6. This file contains the corrected driver as supplied by ibm to enable
  7. the TCP/IP drivers for XONDOS to use the 3COM 503 Ethernet Adapter
  8.  
  9. In your config.sys file, change the line:
  10.     devices = c:\pdrivers\led.drv -T 
  11. to:
  12.     devices = c:\pdrivers\3c503.drv -T -X:3 -R:1
  13.  
  14. where the -X: option should be set to the interrupt level of the card
  15.  
  16. and where -R:1 means 'use the on-board transceiver'  - -R:2 means
  17. to use the DB-15 connector to an external transceiver, which is
  18. the default.
